I'm a Senior Product Manager with 4+ years at Itaú Unibanco leading high-scale digital products — from communication platforms serving millions of users to regulated financial operations within one of Brazil's largest banking ecosystems.

I was the founding PM behind the Collateral Unlock initiative — a financial product built from zero involving operational processes, business rules, roadmap structure and cross-functional execution in a highly regulated environment.

Later, I led the Contracting workstream within the same ecosystem and joined the Messaging Hub platform, where I operated customer communication infrastructure across multiple banking segments inside the One Itaú strategy.
